SERVICE OF PROCESS: Whether you are calling from outside the State of Florida with a paper to be served here, or you are calling within the State of Florida with service going outside the state, I will handle all your service of process needs. Certified Legal Process will even assist in having your out of state subpoenas issued and served within the State of Florida
- Computerized tracking and billing for peak efficiency. We know the importance of communication therefore we provide regular status reports.
- Prompt return of service Affidavits. Once we serve your documents, we will fax a copy of the Affidavit and Invoice to you for notification. No need to call and wonder what is going on with your process. We will strive to keep you informed.
- Speedy turnaround. For local service, the first attempt will be made within three business days of us receiving your documents. For out of state service, your documents will be attempted within five business days of our receipt of your documents. Rush service available for service to be made within 48 hours of us receiving the document.
- Fax or e-mail your documents. You are welcome to either fax or e-mail your documents for service, together with a copy of your check for my fee.
